Returned Check Policy

There will be a 25$ fee for all checks returned from the bank.

 

No Show No Call Policy

We have a no show no call policy. If you consecutively no show or no call to two scheduled appointments you may become unable to schedule further appointments and only be allowed to be seen as a walk in. To lessen your wait time and ensure you see the provider you want to see please be sure to cancel all appointments.

 

Late arrival policy

We ask that you please call to notify us if you will be running late to an appointment. In some circumstances if you are running later than 15 minutes and do not notify us you may be asked to reschedule.

 

Prescription Refills

For refill request please have pharmacy fax a request or call our office. Please allow 24-48 hours for the request to be refilled.

We will not refill routine medications on the weekend or at night so please try to plan ahead.
