Refill Requests
For refill request please have pharmacy fax a request or call our office. Please allow 24-48 hours for the request to be refilled. We will not refill routine medications on the weekend or at night so please try to plan ahead.
Appointment Cancellation
Please call to cancel appointments. Preferably within 24 hours if possible but we understand things come up and that may not be possible so please try to cancel as soon as you know you can not make the appointment.
